10A fuse for SWT Żaba transfer press
A 10A fuse is an electrical protection element that protects installations against overloads and short circuits. The task of a fuse is therefore to cut off the power supply as efficiently as possible, so that a short circuit does not occur, the effects of which would be difficult to predict.
It works on the principle of melting a metal insert (usually lead) as a result of overheating caused by too high a current. When the current exceeds a certain value (10A in this case), the insert melts and breaks the circuit, protecting the devices from damage.
