The cap working module is made of high-quality aluminum alloy, which ensures its durability and reliability. With its help, you can transfer print on various types of non-standard headgear, including baseball caps. This functional module consists of two elements: a worktop and a heating plate with a profiled shape.

The main advantages of the cap module:

  • The module has a function of moving the position of the heating plate, which makes it easier to work with different types of caps;
  • The heating plate of the module also has an adjustment, which allows you to cope with different styles of caps with a peak;
  • You can make prints not only on the front side of the cap, but also on its sides;
  • It is possible to rotate the cap freely on the module, which allows you to apply the print to different parts of it;
  • The thermal transfer effect is characterized by high quality and durability;
  • For caps with a straight peak, it is also important to set the heating plate to avoid rubbing against the peak when closing and opening the press.

It can be used for transfer from plotters and sublimation printers;
