Eco Subli Prime white pigment [0,5kg]

 

White pigment is used in the case of dark wood colors by adding it to the Subli Prime base. The amount of pigment added to the base depends on the intensity of the color of the wood that we want to prepare for sublimation.

Usually, 10-20% of pigment is enough. We add Subli Prime Eco hardener to the pigment and base mixture according to the instructions. The base prepared in this way must be used within 4 hours of preparation. The applied layer dries for about 12 hours at room temperature and relative humidity of 60-80%.

If the intensity of the white color is not satisfactory, apply a second layer with white pigment. The last layer must be applied with colorless Subli Prime Eco and wait 24 hours before starting to heat the sublimation prints with a heat transfer press.
