Flex film with EasyWeed Sub Block blocker - white
Film width - 50 cm
EasyWeed Sub Block is a smooth plotter film for ironing at low temperature. It is a thin material with an adhesive backing, ideal for printing on polyester fabrics dyed with sublimation or aggressive dyes.
The film is specially designed to prevent color migration from the fabric to the film, which is particularly useful for softshell clothing and football shirts. The special structure and use of the blocker creates a barrier for dyes, preventing the migration effect and thus maintaining the original color of the film unchanged.

How does the blocker on this film work?
The EasyWeed Sub Block film blocker works by creating a barrier for dyes.
When the film is ironed onto the fabric, the dyes from the fabric try to penetrate it. However, its special structure and processing create a barrier that prevents the dyes from penetrating.
Thanks to this, the color of the film remains unchanged, even if the fabric under the film is intensively dyed.
The foil can be used in combination with colours and other textile decoration technologies such as DTG, DTF, sublimation, ensuring versatile use.

The EasyWeed Sub Block foil is Oeko-Tex Standard 100 Class I certified, which guarantees that it is safe for skin and can be used on clothing for all age groups, including babies.
TIPS:
|
- Make sure the iron-on temperature is 135 degrees. This is crucial for the correct transfer of the foil to the garment.
- Do not fold or place one piece of clothing on top of another when it is still warm. This can cause the dye to migrate to the top layer of the print, as the blocker is only on the adhesive side.
- Iron the foil as soon as possible after cutting and selecting it. The foil tends to "stand up" from the backing after a while, which can make it difficult to
remove later. It is therefore recommended to iron the foil as soon as possible after its preparation.
