How does SITA 155 work?

The process of SITA 155 is simple. You need to design a graphic and print it with a color laser printer without mirror reflection.

Then you need to cut the pattern at the edge, tear it off the paper base and place it on a T-shirt, securing it with A3 parchment.

In the next step, iron for 20 seconds at 180 degrees, open the press, remove the parchment, and then perform another heating. After opening the press, the print is ready.

Proper printing using SITA 155

When printing on SITA 155, it is recommended to use the manual feeder and avoid sending multiple copies at once. It is also important to print without a mirror image. In the printer driver, you should manually set the paper weight, starting from a lower value than specified.

If the toner smudges, you can make several test prints on plain paper, then increase the weight by one value and perform another print on SITA 155.

If you want to transfer only the print without the background to the T-shirt, it is necessary to manually cut the pattern at the edge using scissors or advanced tools such as the Brother SCANCUT cutting plotter.

The finished printed SITA 155 sheet is placed on a cutting mat and then mounted in Brother SCANNCUT. After scanning the graphics, the tablecloth cutting is started, and it's ready.
