Pinch rollers are an important element in the work of cutting plotters. Their task is to properly guide the film or other material during cutting and drawing. In the case of roller plotters, the pressure rollers are subject to natural wear and tear as a result of use.

Why is it worth replacing the pressure rollers?

• Cutting accuracy: Worn rollers can reduce the precision of cutting. If the rollers are in poor condition, the plotter may have difficulty guiding the media correctly, which can lead to errors in the cut graphics, and you will start spending more time separating the graphics.
• Prevention: We recommend preventive replacement of the pressure rollers, depending on the degree of wear.
